Billy Ray Spivey is finally in custody after federal agents put an end to his three-state killing spree. When the initial interrogation reveals something strange about Spivey's mind -- and something stranger about his body -- the players, clandestine specialists from across the federal government tasked with combating the supernatural, are called in to investigate. The trail of carnage points back to Groversville, TN, and deep into the stars.
